Many cookbooks exists for the Top 8 allergies, but what about the rest of us? Have you ever seen a Vegan Onion-family free cookbook? I haven't! What about Vegan soup without celery, carrots, broccolli, and cabbage as well as no onion and garlic?

I shall post original recipes that are suitable for the person who is allergic to many vegetables, meat and poultry. I shall also post my Complete Protein findings for those who can't have soy AND have the Sensitivities I have, but want to remain Vegan, when I find that information. I shall also offer substitutions for those with the TOP 8 allergies where possible.

Sulphur free diet and vegan? I will do more research until I can come up with recipes that will help you out. In the mean time, I highly recommend checking out Living Network as this article is very informative. I'll be using their food lists when creating recipes as well. Also, I will do extensive research to help you come up with a balanced diet that includes a complete protein, for the Vegan. I'm assuming this is possible.

Allergy signs: runny nose, sneezing, itching skin, hives, and digestive upset, especially vomiting. WARNING: Skin tests do NOT always find Allergies! If you have severe reactions to food, but do not go into shock and the Skin tests do not find anything, then ask your blood was infected with the item to see if you react. My skin does not react to alcohol, but my blood does! Also, I throw up Hydrogen peroxide if it touches my lips, but my skin does not react to histamine. Cinnamon causes a severe mood swing in me. Horseradish causes severe vomiting if I smell it in any degree.

Anaphylaxis shock is the most severe reaction, and can cause death.

Tofu, tumeric, ginger, soy sauce = a good and tasty protein source for those allergic to Animal anything.
